The DoHMH is part of NYC's health department tasked with promoting and protecting the City's health. We collaborated with our client HealthDataViz on a project to redesign EpiQuery, an online, interactive tool on the NYC Health website. EpiQuery provides data on the health of New Yorkers from a variety of sources, including surveys, surveillance data, and vital records (births and deaths). We worked on the information architecture for the EpiQuery pages then designed new templates with interactive Tableau data visualizations (built by HealthDataViz).
