New Literary History

Academic Journal

NLH, founded at the University of Virginia in 1969, is an award-winning academic journal focusing on literary theory, method, and interpretation. For forty years, the journal had the same editor and graphical style, and the new editor recognized the need for a change. She asked us to modernize the aesthetic of the publication while still maintaining a link to its traditional design elements. The website was an continuation of our branding work and serves as an online reference for past and current issues, as well as a tool for communications regarding their events and conferences.  |  View >>
